>Pagamento<

-Pagamento via Paypal, Nubank, BB, Picpay(podemos negociar)
-Pagamento completo antes do inicio da peça OU metade do pagamento antes do inicio, e a outra metade após o esboço ser aprovado

>Revisões<

-Revisões e mudanças podem ser feitas abertamente na fase do esboço
-Na fase de lineart/coloração, apenas 1 ou 2 mudanças são aceitas
-Após a peça ser finalizada, nenhuma mudança será aceita

>Copyright e Redistribuição<

.O artista reserva os direitos de:
-Incluir as peças encomendadas em portifolios online, sites/páginas, tabela de encomendas, etc
-Se for uma fanart de outra mídia que não pertence ao cliente, pode reproduzir em merchan, como camisas, impressões, etc.
-Creditar a peça encomendada como trabalho próprio

.O cliente e outras pessoas NÃO PODEM:

-Incluir as peças encomendadas em portifolios online, sites/páginas, tabela de encomendas, etc
-Reproduzir em merchan, como camisas, impressões, etc. sem nenhum acordo prévio
-Modificar, editar e reinterpretar a peça encomendada
-Creditar a peça encomendada como trabalho próprio
-Postar a peça online sem os devidos creditos.

>Payment<

-Payment via Paypal; Nubank; PicPay (and others, we can negociate)
-Full payment before the start of the piece OR Half payment before the start of the piece, and the other half after the sketch is approved

>Revisions<

-Revisions and changes can be made freely in the sketch phase
-In the lineart/coloring phase, only 1 to 2 revisions are accepted
-After the piece is finished, revisions will be not accepted

>Copyright and Redistribution<

.The artist reserves the right to:
-Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online, profile/pages, comission sheets, etc.
-If it's a fanart from other media that aren't made by the commissioner, can reproduce the artwork for merchandise, such as prints, t-shirts, etc.
-Claim the commissioned piece as their own work

.The commissioner and other parties MAY NOT:

-Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online, profile/pages, comission sheets, etc.
-Reproduce the artwork for merchandise, such as prints, t-shirts, etc. without an agreement or contract
-Modify, edit and repurpose the commissioned piece.
-Claim the commissioned piece as their own work
-Post the commissioned piece online without proper credits to the artist
